best buy has the nexus for the same price. Sprint needs to step it up and drop it a bit more.

I would bet that they would. Sprint has been vary good overall the last few years when it comes to customer service. Much better than they we're back in the day.

Yes. Some of them will say no. But its actually a policy. Or so I was told by a rep very recently.

If you haggle them by returning the device and tell them you found it was cheaper elsewhere, I'm pretty sure they'll honor it. Just gotta be firm.

You don't have to be firm or haggle. As the previous poster stated, it's their policy. If you are w/in your return/exchange period, they have no choice but to refund the difference.
