how to see whats causing slow boot up time

is there a way to see what is causing a slower than normal boot app, i just restored all my data at once from a different phone and curious what app is causing this. it sits on the "NOW" screen for a good two min or so. before i installed my apps it didnt lol. thanks

The more apps u have the slower the boot time will be.
