If you own Sprint's original case/holster for the Photon, what is your experience? Anyone has a favorite case? Or no case and risk a drop?

I have it and like it. I don't use the clip though. I like it because it's soo slim and doesn't add any bulk to the phone. I fear dirt would get between the screen and the clip and scratch it. That's why I don't use the clip portion of it

So that means you are only using the "shield" part of the case and I assume you keep it in your pockets? How does the material thickness compare to the THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE MATERIAL type of case. TPU type is what I currently have and it is between 1-1.5 mm thick.

I have never used a tpu case, sorry. But yes, I keep it in my pocket with the screen face down. My sprint store let me open the cases up and try them at the store to see which one I liked
