Photon Bluetooth Restarts

Just got the Photon from Sprint and Love it. But it restarts when I use bluetooth on a call, especially if I switch to Bluetooth in the middle of the call. Has happened a number of times now.
I hear there's no fix and returning to the store will just get you a new phone with the same problem.
Does anyone else have this issue? can you help please?!

I use my BT (earbud) VERY often and have never experienced this. I have a friend who uses his BT (through his truck) everytime he drives and has never had this problem. I would try returning the phone.

Make sure your phone is using the most current update: SETTINGS --> ABOUT PHONE --> SYSTEM UPDATES --> UPDATE MOTOROLA SOFTWARE
