Just bought mine at sams for 288.

They did not have the gear available. I believe the one up plan is not available in my state(fl).

Side note : sams sells a squaretrade agreement for only 99 bucks and only a 50 deductible. Good deal.

Hm, I checked Sams Club website and couldn't even find the Note 3 there. Ok...did a search online, only available in stores. I wonder if I take a pic of the price from the store if Best Buy will price match.

Does Sam's Club offer cash for a trade in? Best Buy will give me $350 for my iPhone 5 32g phone. If Sam's offers something similar, maybe I'll be better off trying there to get my Note 3.

Find the right Best Buy and they'll price match no problem. That's how I got my Note 3 for $299, and trading in my phone I ended up not pay anything for it.
