Can u recieve group text

Why is the note 3 on sprint the only note3 that can not receive group text in its native messaging app. Will sprint fix that issue?

My upgrade is coming up in a week a would like to know. I want to make a decision to wait or not to for my contact to be up to jump carriers that allows it.

I unfortunately got one from an employee a few days ago and responded with out realizing it went to everyone in that group she started..I'm not used to getting groups texts. Needless to say I'll have some explaining to do the next time I'm in the office.

You may need to go in and make sure that your settings support it. In your message settings "group messaging" and "auto retrieve" should be checked.
