Recently Sprint announced that the Galaxy Mini and another phone, not the Galaxy S4, would be getting the WiFi calling option... anyone know if the Galaxy S4 is capable of this and if there are plans to bring it to the S4?

Hardware wise? Sure wifi calling is usually just software into the ROM. It just uses the phones wifi radio (and the connection that it's connected to) to connect to the carrier.

I wouldn't hold your breath on it coming to older phones. They'll probably just keep it going for newer phones.
