Google Voice still intercepting calls after removal

Being unhappy with S-voice, I decided to try out some alternatives, including Google Voice. I tried Google voice, didn't like it, uninstalled it. Now I whenever I get a call, I get a message telling me that the call is restricted and that I have to press "1" to accept the call, even if the person is in my contact list. If a person leaves a voice mail, Google Voice transcribes the voice mail and sends it to me via a text message.

How do I get rid of Google voice? Do I need to do a factory reset?

Well, I answered my own question. I finally found Google voice in my Google account and disabled it for my phone.
