Sprint hasn't announced this but when I got to my office in Chantilly, VA today, I noticed the 4G icon on my phone! I brought up Sensorly and found that it's been recording a bunch of the area with new LTE signals. It's still spotty, but definitely starting. Here are two screen grabs from Sensorly:

I also work in Chantilly have noticed the "4G" icon over the last few days. It's definitely faster than my wifi at work (though I'm sure that's because they're filtering and what not on the back end). Hopefully they extend coverage further west to Manassas and Gainesville and officially announce. I'm glad to see progress though.:D
