Epic 4G Sprint in WNC

I live in Western North Carolina where Verizon is king. I've though about sprint before but coverage looks spotty. Anyone have it in this area? How is voice/data reception. BTW, that free Epic 4G would be a great way to try sprint.

Sprint roams on Verizon's network per their agreement with Sprint. Its works excellent there except the most highest elevation. The Smokies Mts also.
