Due to some work changes, and some changes to the locations my wife needs her phone working, we've had to start moving all of our lines to Verizon.
I've had a Verizon line for a while as a backup, sin e I cover a large territory. Sprint worked in most places, but there was enough dead zone to need a backup. No big deal. But, my wife has been needing to spend more time with family, and her phone is basically non functional there. Not many are, honestly, aside from Verizon and USCell.
I've had an absolute joy being a Sprint customer for several years. People always seem to bash carriers as they leave, so I thought for once I'd give a positive exit.
They've been very good to us. Service has been better than expected, even with the few dead spots, which I've always known as a problem for most. I'm not naive to our horrible cellular market in Wisconsin or how cellular works.
Thank you Sprint for many good years.
