Does anyone here have the 3000 minute shared data business plan?

Ok so I am confused. My business partner and I are on the 3000 minute shared data business plan which is pretty much the same as a shared Simply Everything plan for non business accounts. Last year, since I am the primary number, I was eligible after one year to upgrade my phone, which I did going from a Pre to the Evo. We bit the bullet and paid more to have my partners phone upgraded as well. So now, in hot anticipation of the Feb. 7 Sprint Event, I went ahead and checked my eligibilty, and I am only eligible for the $75 upgrade come this June 1st? My $150 isn't until April 1st of 2012! How can this be? First of all, since we have the 3000 minute plan, we are spending 169.99 a month which meets the new requirement for the Premier gold plan. Second, the new plans haven't even been implemented yet, so why would something change as far as my 1 year eligibilty?

Frustrating!!!

Too bad it's 2 am, otherwise, I'd be calling Sprint right now!
