Switching phones?

So I bought a Sprint Note 5 to replace my Moto G4. How do I make the switch? Do I just put my SIM card in the Note?

If your carrier is Sprint I believe that's all it should take. I'm on Verizon and that's all I've ever done when switching phones. I use unlocked phones not carrier branded but if anything putting a Sprint phone on Sprint seems like it would be easy.

I'm on Sprint. I just didn't know if it was as easy as swapping SIM cards.

I don’t believe it is. I’ve tried it before and didn’t work I usually just message them in sprint chat seems to be best way with them unfortunately.
