I've been running it for about a week and it's awesome. Jb should be a reality on our phone, but this is a formidable substitute. The only drawback for me has been the battery life, but stock ics wasn't great for me either. Go to the xda A2 dev forum and flash away...

Did you use the adb drivers on windows to unlock the bootloader of your a2? If not do you think that will work? That's how I unlocked mine on my OPO and I figured it would work for most android phones
