Notifications Out of Order/Reversed

I have an AT&T Atrix HD with the Jellybean update and somehow the order of the notifications in my notification bar got reversed. Until today my Extended Controls widget was always at the top, followed by the Smart Actions icon, then any other notifications. Today, I opened the notification bar and accidentally did something, causing the order to get reversed. Any new notifications now get put at the top of the notification bar and the Extended Controls widget always stays at the bottom. I can't figure out what i did or how to get it back! Any ideas?
