We apologize that we and AT&T will not be upgrading Atrix HD to Android KitKat, as we had hoped. We know how important software upgrades are to our customers, and we're very sorry that our two organizations were unable to follow through in this case.

Long time customer of Motorola since the L2 loved them all, love the atrix, but after the money spent on this phone with the promise of an operating system that never came just finger pointing between AT&T and Motorola as to whose fault...I'm done looking at the S6 active which is looking like a much better deal....at least an honest deal.
