[Question] How do you enable HSUPA?

How do you enable HSUPA on the atrix? Is it enabled out of the box or is root required, if so what steps are necessary?

I'm not sure if it's rooting, or rooting + flashing.

But I rooted, installed custom ROM, and a kernel and getting ~3mb up and ~1.5mb down..

It is disabled on the atrix. They have the data on the xda forums.

I'm going to guess that you are talking about a different phone, because while the atrix has been rooted, the bootloader is still not cracked to allow for custom roms especially with a kernel replacement.
