Replacement Screen Help

Yesterday while playing basketball my phone happened to fall out of my pocket and my screen cracked. My question is whats the best way to go about getting it replaced? I do pay 5 bucks monthly for att insurance so does anyone know how much they will charge me or of it would be cheaper to buy a replacement screen myself?

$125. If you take it to a place to get it replaced it'll run you about the same.
