I've been through this forum and others and it's been about 16 hours, and I seem to almost get somewhere with installing gingerbread, but then something will not be right and it doesn't work.
I have the gingerbread file(ROM), and tried installing it with ODIN, but it either says "pass0/fail1" or "pass0/fail0", so if something could help me with doing this and getting this done, I did have clockworkmod recovery, but as far as I can tell I need 2e recovery and not 3e recovery. I just kinda need a push in the right direction until i actually completely understand what I'm doing wrong. Right now I have 2.2 firmware froyo.uckb2
