Internal memory?

Just wondering how much internal memory this phone has?

One site says 2gm, one says 16gm.

The Captivate has ~13GB of storage on it's internal storage "harddrive" and then another ~2GB on its internal, non-removable SD card. Then you can put another external SD card as well.
