I thought this info may help some as I find it a little different:

The 16GB (maybe a little less is actually available) of internal memory is mounted in the file system as "SD card" and if you have a micro SD installed, it shows up under SD card as "SD".

When you plug the phone in, you get 2 drive letters or 2 icons depending on how you have things configured. The phone's memory is first, and the SD card is listed second.

Using the USB options, you can change how the phone mounts - and if you can even get to the notification bar area. The default is MPT mode, where the phone screen looks like a plug and the computer sees 2 memory icons with no drive letters. I could not get eWallet to see the memory this way - I had to change settings to mass storage in USB, and use the notification bar to mount my drives. Then i got drive letters and eWallet could sync my wallet.
