AT&T Galaxy S Captivate "Device not compatible" for apps

First post here. Not too familiar with the android market. I have a few apps here and there. I recently installed WIFI thermostats, specifically the Hoenywell WIFI 9000's. They use a product called "My total Connect Comfort", which isn't available in the "Market". Total connect 2.0 is but that app is for home security system. Google Play has the My total connect comfort but whenever I try to install an app from google play, I always get a "device not compatible" message. Any solutions?
