Drawing directly on Photos after taking them

Ive seen that all the phones except for the ATT version seem to let you go into an "advanced edit" mode from menus to draw on photos. has anyone found a fix for this yet. Its a PITA to have to take a photo, then go open the app manually then load the photo ect.

This is one of the major reasons i got this phone and was a selling point to me yet ATT disabled it for whatever reason?
