Randomly Reboots and Updates

Okay, starting this week my phone will just reboot at least once a day and at most around four times a day.

The main pattern I've noticed is after is reboots... an update occurs.
This last time updated Flipboard, ChatON, Google Play Magazines, and changed AllShare Play to Samsung Link. The typical apps that are on already installed on your phone when you get it ... but I use none of them.

Is there a setting that tell the phone to automatically shut down when updates are needed? Or is my phone just stupid?

Not sure about this one but I believe if it is a system app that was preinstalled when you got your phone the process has to shutdown similiarly to how a pc does it.

If this is not correct and you find the right answer id like to know the answer to this as well.
