New here and could use some help please!

Hi,
I just purchased a At&t Note 2 of Craigslist for use with Straight talk which is working fine.
However there is a update showing from At&t and when I try to update it goes through all the motions and restarts and then says install interrupted.
Kies says firmware version is not supported for update with Kies.
Can someone help me with this?

Welcome to the forums.
It might be a conflict between the AT&T software and the Straight Talk. I am honestly not sure what to possibly suggest, as you probably don't want to flash any AT&T firmwares on the phone.

Kies from what ive seen only works to upgrade international firmware versions. Check your status in settings and check flash counter in download/recovery mode. You looking for status normal and flash counter of 0

How do I get to the flash counter in download/recovery mode?
