Gallery issue

Hi,

I'm getting below error while accessing my Gallery pics. I am not able to view the pics I take a day before. Please help me out.

Try clearing cache in Gallery.
Settings>Apps -or- Application Manager>swipe over to All Apps>scroll down and click on Gallery.
Once there you should see the App Info screen. Click clear cache and then force stop.

Wait a few minutes and reopen Gallery.

i haven't seen this issue before. I would connect your phone to KiesAir and try to download the pictures off the phone on to your computer then factory reset your phone. That should solve the issue. Make sure to back your contacts and any other data you want to save first like emails, texts etc.

Did you reboot your phone after clearing cache?
Also, try another app like QuickPic and see if the photos can be seen.

On a related "note", Gallery is slowly being phased out and soon, Google Photos app will replace it in KitKat. It is now part of Google Plus.
