Galaxy Note videos - Sending via email

Hello im wandering if anyone can help me, i am currently away on deployment with the Royal Navy, however i am on the USS Harry S Truman. My American friends on here can receive video via email of their children, normally with an iphone. My wife is trying to send videos of my daughter to me but it says the file is too big, she has changed the resolution and also downloaded apps to make the file smaller but nothing seems to work, has anyone had this problem before? very annoying considering i haven't seen her for 8 months! Please Help

You could use a Dropbox account to do this.

It depends on the email account and size of the attachment. Even with reduced size video, if the video is long, it could still be too big to attach to email. The best way, like ox123 said, is to use something like Dropbox or YouTube. Have her upload the video somewhere online and you could fetch it from there.
