Notification says AT&T Software Update.. clear space. But space cleared and nothing happens...

This is getting annoying. I have 4GB of space free. There is a notification upon start up that there is "AT&T Software update available.. clear space removing apps or photos" (something like that.)
However when I go to about device and check for updates it says it is up to date?
Why do I keep getting this message in the notification bar.
On top of things just clicking the notification does nothing.

You will see that the phone is "up to date" for 24 hours after trying to get an update - that's to keep the servers from getting congested. You can't keep trying an update. Wait 24 hours.
