Even though I don't own this phone, I have the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II, some of the AT&T bloatwares can be uninstalled but some cannot.

Uninstallable (what I have left on my device)
Featured Apps (Phone)
AT&T Navigator
Movies
News & Weather
Facebook

That's all I can think of/find so far on my phone.

I just put all of the stupid apps that I don't use in a folder so I only see that instead of 20 different apps that I will never use

Go to XDA and use Mashi's Root Solution (It doesn't activate the flash counter) So you could always restore to stock for warranty. Then get the paid version of Titanium Bu and freeze the bloatware.
