water damage

I'm about to buy an ATT Galaxy Note, from a co-worker, the bad thing is that she doesn't to seem very responsible taking care of her stuff.

Anyway the phone looks in very good shape, minimun scratches here and there, the normal stuff. I just want to know where are the water damage indicators on this phone. Cause she has a picture of the beach as wallpaper, taken from the phone. And i would like to avoid this phone if it has the water damage indicator on red.
