Class 10 MicroSD cards?

Does anyone know if Class 10 Micro SD cards (32GB like this one: SanDisk Ultra 32GB microSDHC UHS-I Card : Memory Cards & Flash Drives | RadioShack.com) actually work? I'm curious cause I wanna pick that up. However what I'm finding online seems conflicted if class 10 cards work or not.

I don't think the phone will make use of a class 10, it'll work AFAIK, but the speed advantages won't be there.

I have a 32GB class 10 in my GS3, not the Note, but the speed of the card should adjust to the device. If the Note only supports a maximum class 6 card, then the card should only perform at a class 6 speed. The class 10 rating is basically a maximum speed/transfer rating.

Thanks for all your help folks. I had a feeling it couldn't take advantage of class 10. I picked up a 32GB class 4.

I'm getting the Note 1 I like the slightly wider screen and capacitive buttons. (I know I'm weird.)
