Custom ringtones showing up twice?

Settings / sound / phone ringtone..

All of my custom ringtones are appearing twice.. one how I saved them and one with no spaces in the title.

Any suggestions or resolutions?

And you are sure they are only in one place? Have you rebooted so the media scanner runs?

I've searched through all my files and I can only find them in the audio / ringtones directory.. Say I name a file "So Cold".. It puts in a duplicate file with no spaces.. then I delete the "SoCold" file.. when i go to my ringtones, "So Cold" wont play.

Get them out of that dir and create a "notifications" dir on your SD card. Store them there.

So just create a folder, "notifications", on my sd card and place my ringtones there?

My path is external_sd/notifications/ and just place my ringtones there, correct?

yes... careful as sdcard is the internal storage area. look for external SD card... easiest to do it on a PC as they both get mounted as removable drives.
