I am looking for the best music app. I am coming from an iPhone. The stock music crashes and doubletwist doesn't fulfill what I want any ideas?

Did you try Google Music? If you have a good data plan, its streaming capability is pretty nice.

Crashed? Mannn,....you know, I had never once seen my phone(running on the original rom) crash no matter what I did and I used to love that stability, in general.

Honestly, I liked that stock app quite a lot. Google Music is pretty good too.

I use to use Power AMP it was really nice and worked awesomely. Then I upgraded to 2.3.6 and now it always crashes. Now I just use googles Play Music and that has worked flawlessly.

Then I will try Google music. Has anyone tried Amazon? I have at&t unlimited so streaming isn't a problem

I use Amazon and Google back and forth. Google is better integrated with Vlingo and whatnot, but Amazon has the edge in tags. It's harder to get Google to accept album covers and it wants to combine all "Greatest Hits" regardless of the artist (Monkees and Ramones don't mix!) I also prefer to use Amazon prepaid cards to budget my monthly purchases. The rest of it, though, is pretty much the same.

I really like double twist. I switch between that and the stock player for my music and podcasts.
