Nothing yet for me either.

I haven't paid much attention to what changes we can expect with such a heavy skin in TouchWiz. Can anyone layout what we might expect to be different?

Once installed, read and accept the License agreement, and then click Next.
NOTE: If prompted to update to a newer version, click Update and wait for new files to load.
Once all updates have been processed, the program will close and relaunch itself.
Update your Galaxy S II

Plug your phone into the computer using the included Micro USB cable.
Once Kies recognizes your device, you will receive a pop-up requesting to update to a new firmware version. Click Update to continue.
Read through the Caution pop-up, and if you agree, click to check "I have read all the above information." and select your desired information saving option, and then click Start Upgrade.
A notice will display. Read through the information, and then click Next to proceed.
The update will begin and may take 10-15 minutes to complete. The phone will be unusable during this time. Do not disconnect your mobile phone from your PC or power the PC off. If interrupted, your device could become inoperable.
Please wait until your phone reboots completely, and then select OK to finish.

Did they pulled the upgrade? I tried reinstalling Kies on my Windows Machine (Windows 7) and says that the phone is on the latest firmware. And when it try it on my Mac it says Your device is not supported. WTF?

I had no issues with the upgrade either. I loaded kies and it said it had an update, so i selected update.

After that, i plugged the phone in and it took a few seconds to load the usb drivers, then the autoplay window in windows 7 asked me what to do with the device. I closed the window.

When i clicked on kies, a new window opened up and said i had a firmware update available. I clicked update and got all of the warning documentation. Agreed to them all and the phone started updating.

As stated by another poster, it took about 15 minutes. After the phone restarted, i could see some lag also, but it looked to me like it was just the system processing the new OS as well as updating some of the Google apps.
I rebooted the phone again and the lag seemed to disappear for me. The phone is also not my primary device, so i do not have a lot of apps installed on it, that could be a reason for the lag disappearing on mine, more open system memory.
