I have tried numerous builds of Jelly Bean, more than I care to count, and every one of them has the same issue. Listening to music is fine using my wired headset. Volume is almost on the high side even when phone volume is low. The bigger issue is that call volume using the same headset is low, with the call volume turned all the way up...low enough that I can hardly hear the other person. If there is any ambient noise it is nearly impossible to hear. Very frustrating to say the least. Changing headsets does not rectify this either.

Any suggestions? I use a wired headset because I can't find a Bluetooth one that has the battery life I need (12+ hours continuous use either calls or music).

Any body want to try a wired headset on their Jelly Bean build and check the call volume?

Anybody? Still hoping to get some life out of this phone since it is so awesome in every other way.
