    So, I recently rooted my i747 and used Odin to load CWM v5.5.04 on my phone. I backed everything up, and proceeded to get into recovery to flash a new ROM, so I wiped as needed and I cannot install a ROM.
    Particularly, this ROM: http://www.androidauthority.com/gala...id-rom-143982/

    This comes up whenever I try:

    "assert failed: getprop("ro.product.device") == "d2att" || getprop("ro.product.device") == "d2att"
    E:Error in /sdcard/PAC Man/ PK-1.40-d2att.zip
    (Status 7)
    Installation Aborted

    It also happens when I try installing PAC Man.

    I flashed this one, version 1.4 on Saturday using TWRP recovery and all works like it should. Seems like some recovery apps don't work for some ROMS. Did you flash the Gaaps file as well?

    Flash it with TWRP or a newer version of CWM recovery.

    But I already wiped and my nandroid backup is corrupt. Awesome.

    Now all I have is a phone that boots into recovery, or download mode.
    But, of course, that recovery aborts any installation of any ROM whatsoever.
    What can I do now? :/

    Use Odin to flash back to a rooted stock rom. Follow the guide below. It says its to root and not trip the flash counter which it does, all this guide will help you do is flash a stock rooted rom so you can start over.
