I went to 3 At&t stores today and they all say they will have the phone on the 21st. Demo the same day. Also said that the phones will be shipped so that we received them on the 21st. I'm STILL hoping for delivery sometime next week and full release on Sunday the 17th

If Samsung is holding the S3 release party in NYC on the 18th, I doubt it will be released to the public the day before.

Maybe that's why preorders online said shipping on the 18th? Didn't know about the Ny event on the 18th, good point.

Pre ordered on the 8th. Checked with chat agent and my order is processing. Should be shipped out on the 18th.

So I pre-ordered on 6/5. At that time they either put a hold on the $212 on my debit card, or they took the money out. Today, a week later I notice the money is back in my account. It wasn't there yesterday.

So... either they put a hold on it and the hold is over, or they've refunded my money for some other reason. Hopefully it's not because they expect a release date hold up.

It kills me that their system can give different answers for different people. We all pre-ordered the same phone. It should be the same. Mine still says In Process, Pending Shipment with Qty 1 backordered.

I agree. The only reason I called was my order Page is was checking is blank now. And my order number didn't show in the system anymore.

Here's what I get which is consistent with when I originally ordered. I assume they ship on 18th, NYC event I think is on the 19th and they land in homes and stores on the 20th. That's my guess (and hope)

I was having th same issue with my order status page on att. I called customer service and the computer shows my S3 as ready for shipment. Guy said I will receive an email with tracking info tomorrow and receive within 3 business days from then.

Friday at the earliest, but I expect Monday the 18th.

Checked by the link in the confirmation email and I had the same issue with it not loading.
Went into the ATT website and signed in that way.
Shows up and still says processing. The line showing the micro-sim shows pending shipment.

I would like an early shipment too, but just don't think it will happen.
I think maybe they will start to process the orders in preparation for Monday. That's why reps are thinking they will ship. When they see an order filled and ready to ship, they usually go out next day.

Who knows, maybe we get lucky?

This week is going by rediculously slow. So excited for this phone. Hopefully they can ship it out and have it delivered by Tuesday. Otherwise, I will just plan on Thursday.
