Please help...haptic feedback

I turned power settings on and ever since I turned it off my haptic wont work. I know it kills your battery but I enjoy using it. Ive turned the settings off and on and have restarted the phone a couple of times and it still wont come back on.

Is there something I'm missing? I appreciate your help. I realkyr dont want to make a trip to the AT&T store but I will if I can't figure it out. This phone is only 3 weeks old surely I didn't get a lemon??

Try going to Settings->Power Saving
Make sure Haptic Feedback is unchecked if you want it on

Yes ive done that and it still isnt working. Also I downloaded a game "granny smith" and it wont let me delete it its still showing up in my application settings...do u think something is wrong with my phone?

Really? Hmmm is that the only app you can't uninstall?

I use this app to uninstall maybe that could help with your uninstall problem

As for your haptic feedback problem

Check Settings -> Sound, and make sure Sound and Vibration is checked, and then scroll down to make sure Haptic Feedback is checked

Thanks!!!! The sound setting wasnt checked. That fixed it Lol sorry I didn't find that sooner yes so far this game and the app Prey are the only two I can't uninstall but ill try the app you recommended. Thanks again!!! :thumbup:

Lol its no problem!

Hmm try this
Go to SETTINGS->Security and Lockscreen-> Device Administrator and deselect the app which you want to uninstall.

Now uninstall the application, you should be able to do it .
