Help with pictures on Galaxy S3??

The other day I was going through my pictures and my brother comes running to my room to tell me that there was a picture of me on the TV. I just got the phone and I really don't how to work it. I don't want my pictures randomly popping up on the TV. I don't know if it was connected to the actual TV or to the XBOX but can someone please tell how to prevent this from happening again?

He was on an Xbox.

Check to see if DLNA or AllShare file sharing are activated in settings. You may have activated one or both and not realize what you were doing.
