Just today My S3 shut off when I was trying twitter (I think). My girlfriend says I probably got hacked but I didn't believe it. So I searched it up and I found out that there is a bug in the new software but the weird part is I never downloaded the new software yet.
So I would like to know "what are some actions I can take to turn my phone back on?"
