Stubborn SD card

If tried just about everything but my SD card will not allow me to delete or reformat it. I've used sg3 format option, mac device mgmt option. Is there anything I can run in terminal on my phone or mac to get it to reformat?? Any help greatly appreciated

Have you used Disk Utility to try to format it?

Do you have a Windows install in Boot Camp, VMWare, or another PC that you can try to from Disk Management in Windows?

I tried that(disk utl) with theMac but was getting unmount error. I have parallels on there and run Windows but it won't see me card.

Does it show up in Devices-USB?

If not, it might seem like a hassle, but try Boot Camp, install the drivers, and see if it shows up in Windows.
