Need a little bit of help

I have a galaxy s3 that is constantly switching into vibrate mode. It's not just a vibration, it actually changes from silent mode to vibrate mode, but only when I'm at work, not at home or out with friends. It's wildly inconvenient because I'm using android wear to avoid pulling my phone out at work and I have to anyways to put it back into silent.
