AT&T HTC One: 4.4 Kitkat.

I've still yet to receive the update for Kitkat. I've son everything thought possible. Besides the SIM card trick. How do I go about getting a new one? Tell my AT&T store I need one? Sorry for ignorance. Hope you can help!

I was the first one to figure the Sim card trick out. I had no problem going to the store and asking. They swapped it out no questions asked. And , UPDATE!. I'm assuming you did this?
