It comes from the HTC WiFi update not the AT&T update. Keep checking with the HTC WiFi update button. The other button does nothing.

Got the update in the Chicago burbs. I had to manually check for it in HTC wifi update. Seems like there's lots of subtle changes. It seems a little quicker. We'll have to wait and see if battery life is any better.
