I need help, rooted my inspire everything working fine, flashed a new rom today, now reboot screen stuck in loop only showing white htc screen flashing on/off, cant get to bootloader, only tries to boot regulary when vol down and power button held.

Try running the RUU or Ace Hack kit to recover... How long have you waited? The first boot after a flash is always slow. This is not limited to Android. Exactly how did your root and what ROM did you flash and how?
