Play Nav thru car speakers

Can this be done with the HTC Inspire 4g? My car has bluetooth and a USB port built in but not sure how to get it to work. I plugged in the USB but the nav was still coming from the phone. Not sure if there is a setting I can change to make this work any help would be great. Thanks

I use my itrip to play through my car stereo. Probably not exactly what your looking for but you can play all your audio through your car that way.

Possibly...

If your car bluetooth supports the bluetooth stereo headset (A2DP) protocol then this should work. You would be able to play music through your speakers as well.

As far as USB goes, I'm thinking not, but I could be wrong.
