Notes

Need an application to do Notes, and be able so sync with my Outlook notes, and to Google notes.

I use AK Notes. It doesn't sync with Google or Outlook but it has it's own cloud system where it automatically syncs with.
You can also email the notes, post on Facebook, Twitt, SMS and add to Google tasks, which sync with Gmail.
For Gmail tasks I use GTasks.
