Is the kernel implemented in the rom already? I seem to be getting stuck at cyanogenmod splash screen I'm gonna try reinstalling the rom.

Yes, kernel is compiled during the cm9-buildingproces.
Tell me if it passes, else I need to change the defconfig for P505 and build again.

On my laptop, when I have no errors it takes half an hour or so.
Started new build again, hope I solved all compiling errors

About the messed up colors, it's the same as you had with the old kernel?

Going away for a few hours, back home in about 10 hours,
can't promise I upload within the half hour

I also get the wierd color banding issues with the rom. Also freeze on boot screen. Using LG thrive.

I flash raeyne .35 kernel just for fun. fix color banding. still boot freeze. XD

lol duh. :P wiped data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, format boot, data, system, cache. wipe dalvik. did all this TWICE before installing rom to be safe. same results either way. hope this helps
