G2 Dialing on its own

Whenever I get off a phone call and put my phone down it dials out on its own. Does anyone else have that problem?

Does it dial out to the number you were just talking to? A different number? Is it random?

Does it happen when the screen is locked? Just wondering if it's exhibiting the same weird screen grounding issue that some EVO's had. And when you set it down it registers a screen tap for some reason.

iamlilysdad. I think you hit it right on the nose. No the screen is not locked. Its right after i finish a phone call and put it down. Im thinking that when i put it down after a call and the screen has the call log up, thats when it happens and it registers a screen tape like you said.

Maybe you can get it exchanged for that if you can reproduce the problem. Try locking the screen before you set it down for a day or two and see if it keeps doing it.
