G2x with a car stereo.

Is there anyway to get the G2x to play/charge with the usb cable with the Kenwood kdc-mp345u car stereo?
When i plug the phone in,the deck it picks up all the files on the phone. i.e. ringtones,notifications, as well as music files.
I can use the headphone jack with the music player. But if i'm going that route i'll just use a flash drive.
Any help is welcome
P.S. I want to one up my buddy who always shows me what he can do with is I-phone

Use a flash drive. Sound won't leave through the usb port.

You could get the bluetooth module for that radio and stream through bluetooth.

I've got a Motorola DC800 Bluetooth receiver in my car and house, got them for $30 on eBay. It's nice because anyone can connect to it and stream their music via Bluetooth regardless of phone brand all cable free. It's got good "dork appeal" too. Of course your friend is going to tell you how he can do video and audio with his Apple TV.
